Responding to protracted refugee situations: a case study of Liberian refugees in Ghana

This case study provides an analysis of UNHCR responses to the needs of Liberian refugees who have lived in Ghana since 1990.
Description
The goal of this review is to assess the apparent effectiveness of UNHCR responses in the transition from full assistance to no assistance and to evaluate the implications of this transition in regards to refugee self-reliance, refugee protection and durable solutions.
