Description
The scripts used to open, treat and visualize the data are included, as well as the figures included in the paper and the underlying data. The structure and contents of the folders are described in the README file.
In order to run the scripts (.m) and open some of the treated data (.mat) successfully, the MATLAB software package is necessary. The MATLAB scripts are based on and include scripts from the adcptools software package (Bart Vermeulen, 2015; Vermeulen et al., 2014; sourceforge.net/projects/adcptools/). All data are protected under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license.
