Airline Service Quality Performance Files

These corporations accounted for more than 90-percent of the revenue: Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, America West Airlines, Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines, Eastern Airlines, Northwest Airlines, Pacific Southwest Airlines, Pan American Airlines, Piedmont Airlines, Southwest Airlines, Trans World Airlines, US Airways, and United Airlines. While the required reports are for flights to and from any airport with more than one percent of the domestic passenger traffic, the reporting airlines voluntarily submitted reports for all of their flights within the United States and its territories.

Each record provides the airline's business name, the flight number, the departure and arrival airports, the scheduled departure and arrival times, the actual departure and arrival times, and the differences between the schedule and actual times.
