Raw imaging & fluorescence data belonging to the manuscript 'Structural Mechanistic Insights into Cis- and Trans-acting deoxyribonuclease activities of Cas12a' by Swarts.
Description
Both raw image files and unprocessed .tif image files are uploaded. The .pzfx files are GraphPad Prism files used to generate graphs based on gel scans and band signal intensity with the same name.
Please not that trans-activity assays do not also contain images of gels as generated fluorescence was measured directly as described in the STAR methods. For (raw) gel images used for Figure 5, please see the identical gels used for Figure S7 and S8. The excel file contains the raw Size Exclusion Chromatography absorption and fluorescence readouts.
