Spatially Mapping the Mechanical and Structural Properties of the Seedling Uterine Fibroid-Myometrium Interface: Supplementary Data

The dataset contains experimental mechanical measurements and image-derived analyses used to characterize the mechanical and structural heterogeneity of the uterine fibroid-myometrium interface.

This dataset includes two files: (1) .xlsx spreadsheet containing patient and specimen metadata, microindentation-based mechanical testing measurements, interface classification metrics, histological image quantification, and second harmonic generation imaging-derived measurements; and (2) .pdf file containing compiled microindentation data for all individual samples evaluated, displayed as spatial heat maps, x-position plots, and boxplots with matched brightfield images.
