A survey data set towards Wolbachia-infected Aedes Mosquitoes in Klang Valley.
Listed in Teesside University Research Data Repository
The dataset provides insightful information based on survey data on how Malaysian stakeholders in Klang Valley perceived the benefits and risks to represent their acceptance towards the WiAM technique.
Description
Self-administration questionnaires were done based on a validated study. All items were measured using a 7-point Likert scale, ranging from 1 (strongly disagree) to 7 (strongly agree).
The data was collected voluntarily from stakeholders in September 2016 to September 2017. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS ®) software was used to analyze descriptive and inferential statistics with analysis of Pearson Correlation and Multiple Regression. From a sample of 399 stakeholders aged above 18 years old, the present study found that they have shown a positive attitude towards the WiAM technique.
