The agency conducted the SASS and TFS to collect data on students, teachers, principals, school districts and school libraries for measurement and analysis by the agency and by researchers.
Description
This series has information on teacher demand and shortage, teacher and administrator characteristics, school programs, and general conditions in elementary and secondary schools. Other topics include principals' and teachers' perceptions of school climate and problems, teacher compensation, district h iring practices, and basic characteristics of the student population.
