Understanding the ECM composition of irradiated mammary fat pads of mice.
Description
This data set tries to understand which ECM component is most abundant within the irradiated ECM. So far, the data shows that Collagen I and Laminin are two major contributors, however, the data is too incomplete to tell really if this is the case.
IHC was performed on April 26th 2019 with the final quantification being completed on May 28th 2019.
