Data for Paper "Critical behavior of the magnetic Weyl semimetal PrAlGe"

The detailed growth process was described in a previous report. The crystal structure of PrAlGe was checked by the x-ray diffraction (XRD), performed on a Rigaku-TTR3 x-ray diffractometer, with high intensity graphite monochromatized Cu Kα radiation.

The chemical compositions of the single crystal were checked by energy dispersive x-ray (EDX) spectrometry. The magnetization measurements, including the angle-, temperature-, and field-dependent magnetization, were carried out by a Quantum Design vibrating sample magnetometer (SQUID-VSM). In order to obtain the magnetic entropy change, the initial isothermal magnetization with field applied along the c axis (H//c) was measured.
