THOR: An RPAS Thermal Harmonization, Orthorectification, and Registration Toolbox

THOR automates DJI thermal image preprocessing and metadata management, uses photogrammetrically calibrated camera geometry to project temperature measurements onto the landscape, registers the resulting mosaic to LiDAR-derived reference data, and applies seam-aware blending to preserve spatial and thermal detail.

Built-in quality-control tools provide registration statistics, coverage information, validation layers, and full-resolution comparisons, supporting a transparent and repeatable workflow from raw imagery to georeferenced ENVI products.
