Raw values for sham (i.e., 100%); TH(+) neurons = 70 ± 2.0; α-syn area/TH(+) neuron = 1229 ± 47 µm<sup>2</sup>; Iba1(+) cells = 249 ± 7.1. Each bar represents the mean ± SEM, one-way ANOVA followed by Fisher’s test. <sup>#</sup>p < 0.05, <sup>##</sup>p < 0.01, <sup>###</sup>p < 0.001 or <sup>####</sup>p < 0.0001 from sham (n = 7 mice / group).</p> <p>(TIF)</p>
