ITIH-related differences in immune cell signatures. Region-level heatmap showing enrichment scores of the 29 microenvironment-related signatures in the TRACERx 421 cohort.
Each tumor was assigned to one of the following class: homogeneously depleted (all the regions are immune-depleted), heterogeneous (co-existence of immune-enriched and immune-depleted regions), and homogeneously immune-enriched (all the regions are immune-enriched).</p>
