Oxygen consumption rate (OCR) of cancer cells were performed using the Seahorse XFe96 Analyzer. (A) OCR in response to normal medium or glucose free medium was measured by the Seahorse XFe96 analyzer. (B) OCR in response to using 5mM trimetazidine as a FAO inhibitor.
