THP-1 derived M1 macrophages with MV3 co-culture or treated with MV3 derived exosomes

We co-cultured M1 polarized macrophages with MV3 melanoma cells or with exosomes isolated from MV3 conditioned medium for 48h and performed next generation sequencing (NGS) expression analysis.
