Resources for Unique Patterns of Hearing Loss and Cognition in Older Adult's Neural Responses to Cues for Speech Recognition Difficulty

Listed in Teesside University Research Data Repository

Description

In this study (link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s00429-021-02398-2), cingulo-opercular responses to listening difficulty cues were limited in older adults with high-frequency hearing loss, who also had lower set-shifting performance and lower cingulo-opercular gray matter volume. Here we provide the experimental materials (E-Prime script and sound files), data (de-identified pre-processed fMRI timeseries and individual difference behavioral and anatomical data), as well as the analysis R code from this study.
