From the Results: "To better dissect the differences in allele appearance over the time-span that contributes to the changing face of the spread and pathology, we generated comprehensive time-lapse GP-based SCV maps highlighting as a collective all current VOCs being monitored by the CDC for every day between 5/16/2021, to 8/22/2021 (Movie S1) as well as individual VOCs defining distinct Alpha, Beta, Gamma, and Delta lineages (Movies S2-S5)".
