Data for Innovation in micro and small enterprises: resources and capabilities published by RAC-Revista de Administração Contemporânea

The data refers to the survey applied to MSEs entrepreneurs to evaluate the resources. The data we analyzed using Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to verify how these resources contribute to the management and transaction capabilities, performed using the software R. The results demonstrate that management capability is composed of business-society and supplier relationships, leadership, information and knowledge sharing, and people management.

And transaction capability is made up of the customer relationship and the results obtained by the firm.
