For viral load data, statistical analysis was performed using GraphPad Prism 8.0, with results presented as mean ± SD. Statistical comparisons were made using independent t-tests, and a P-value of less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant.For WB analysis images： the original images were placed onto a PowerPoint slide for annotation. The red border highlights the region of interest used in this study, and the red arrow indicates the target protein band.
