Physical Activity Patterns and Their Association with Self-Efficacy in an Academic Setting

The interviews include questions regarding physical activity habits and self-efficacy in the academic context among students enrolled in healthcare study programmes. The data were collected as part of the doctoral research project “Interrelationships Between Physical Activity and Self-Efficacy Among Healthcare Students.” Data were collected using semi-structured interviews.

The interviews were conducted based on a pre-developed interview guide, while also allowing additional clarifying questions to be asked according to the flow of the conversation. The interviews provided in-depth information about the research topic from the participants’ perspectives. The interviews were transcribed verbatim using the Sonix.ai transcription tool.
