RNA Sequencing of HMGB1-Driven Proliferation and Migration in Pulmonary Arterial Smooth Muscle Cells

Listed in NCBI GEO

Previous studies have demonstrated that HMGB1, functioning as a Damage-Associated Molecular Pattern (DAMP) molecule, is implicated in the pathological process of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).

Description

The current study further investigated the underlying signaling pathways through which HMGB1 contributes to PAH. Transcriptomic analysis revealed HMGB1-associated differentially expressed genes (DEGs).

Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment analysis identified relevant transcriptomic pathways involved in HMGB1-mediated promotion of PAH.
