Transcriptomic response of Trichoderma atroviride to different carbon sources
Listed in NCBI GEO
RNA-seq analysis of Trichoderma atroviride grown under different carbon source conditions (glucose, xylan, and no carbon).
Description
The aim of the experiment is to characterize transcriptional changes associated with carbon source utilization and metabolic adaptation. Three biological replicates were sequenced for each condition using Illumina sequencing.
