Organizational Attachment and Its Correlates

Using SPSS and Mplus, item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis are conducted to test the factor structure of the scale.In Data 1 and Data 2, A1–A7 are the items of the Organizational Attachment Scale, Q1 and Q2 are the subscale total scores, and Q is the total scale score.In Data 3, A1–A7 are the items of the Organizational Attachment Scale; B1–B6 are the items of the Perceived Insider Status Scale, among which items 3, 4, and 6 are reverse‑scored; C1–C6 are the items of the Organizational Identification Scale; and D1–D6 are the items of the Perceived Organizational Support Scale.
