I created this file from STSTAT file = UTAHLITT.sys, which I created on 28 Nov 2008 I assume this file was checked TWO TIMES when I created it for reason unknown at the moment Dates shown here are Julian dates.
Description
Julian date of copulation = 71 = 12 March, for example. Julian date of first emergence of juveniles from natal burrow entrance = 145 = 25 May, for example.
Julian date of parturition = 84 = March 25, for example. These Julian data are for NON-LEAP years. Julian dates for leap years after 28 February differ by 1 day.

These data used for Fig 17.5 in Hoogland 2026. This file ready for longterm storage on 26 March 2025. I considered data from the same prairie dog in different years to be independent.

Fig 17.5 includes only information when litter size was >=1. UPD Litter size = number of offspring that emerge from natal burrow-entrance = number of weanlings Female age = number of years since first emergence from the natal burrow-entrance ---this information on UPD female ages not used in Fig 17.5. Date of first juvenile emergence = Julian date when >=1 weanlings first appear aboveground ---this information on UPD first juvenile emergences not used in Fig 17.5.
