Description

Most women in the study were employed. Among postmenopausal women with sleep disturbance, work productivity loss and activity impairment were associated with higher severity of anxiety, depression, and insomnia, highlighting substantial functional burden and the need for screening and management of these symptoms alongside workplace policies.</p>
