Measurements of oceanic carbon monoxide made during the Sea Vigil 35A research cruise as part of LOIS (RACS) in the Upper Humber and the River Ouse, UK, during December 1996

Listed in NASA Earthdata CMR

This metadata entry refers to measurements of oceanic carbon monoxide made by Cliff Law during the Sea Vigil 35A research cruise in the Upper Humber and the River Ouse as part of the Land Ocean Interaction Study (LOIS) and River Atmosphere Coastal Study (RACS).

Description

The cruise took place on 16th December 1996 with the spatial coverage of +53N and +54N latitude and +0W and +1W longitude. The data set consists of: -47 measurements of the concentration of carbon monoxide (CO) per unit volume of the water column (dissolved phase) by gas chromatography; and -47 measurements of the saturation of carbon monoxide (CO) in the water column (dissolved phase), computed from concentration.
