Measurements of oceanic carbon dioxide made during the RRS Discovery 183 research cruise as part of the Biogeochemical Ocean Flux Study (BOFS) in the North Atlantic during June and July 1989

Listed in NASA Earthdata CMR

This metadata entry refers to measurements of oceanic carbon dioxide made by Peter Williams during the RRS Discovery 183 research cruise in the North Atlantic as part of the Biogeochemical Ocean Flux Study (BOFS).

Description

The cruise began on 11th June 1989 and ended on 11th July 1989 with a spatial coverage of +47N and +60N latitude and +19W and +21W longitude. The data set consists of: -Concentration of carbon dioxide (total inorganic) (TCO2) per unit volume of the water column (dissolved plus reactive particulate phase) by coulometry.
