Jiangcheng Laboratory Mission-Driven Ecosystem Construction Interview Data, 2023–2024

The interviewees include company founders, heads of various core departments, etc. All interviews were recorded and transcribed with the consent of the interviewees, resulting in a total of 217000 words of interview data.

At the same time, the research team collected a total of 26 internal resources, mainly including content from corporate exhibition halls, internal publications and books, and PPTs introducing various core departments, to further enrich the evidence chain of this study. Around China's integrated circuit industry, the research team collected a total of 43 external materials, mainly including policy documents, academic literature, media reports, and research reports, which help to deepen the understanding of the external context of mission driven ecosystems built by enterprises around key core technology breakthroughs.
