The goal of the project was to test how infection with Canid herpesvirus 1 affects the profile of microRNAs in MDCK cells grown in monolayers in culture.
Description
Five independent experiments were carried out in the study: RB1, RB2, RB3, RB4, RB5 For each experiment, three conditions were compared: Mock: non-infected MDCK cells 6hpi: MDCK cells 6 hours post-infection with the virus 12hpi: MDCK cells 12 hours post-infection with the virus
