This repository contains the script and data for replicating the results of: "Parental and developmental temperature experience modulate adult temperature performance in Drosophila melanogaster" All data was generated following a match-mismatch split-brood experiment.
Description
Drosophila melanogaster females were assigned to either 18C (C, cold) or 29C (H, hot), and had their eggs collected and evenly distributed between 18C and 29C.
The result is four treatments with matching (CC and HH) or mismatching (CH and HC) environments. The data in this repository was measured from the offspring (F1) or grand-offspring (F2) in the four treatments. The repository contains the R-script, "analysis.R", that imports, adjusts, and analyzes the data.

The output of all analyses are placed in the "results/" subfolder (created at the start of the R-script), including tables and figures. The "session_info.txt" file contains the R and package versions used to generate these results.
