Description
Caroline Rookes, Director of Private Pensions at the DWP between 2005 and 2013 shares her views on the reform process, including consensus-building towards the creation of a national pensions savings scheme (currently National Employment Savings Trust) and political support for the implementation of reform, in particular that of automatic enrolment.
