Status of vulnerable Cystoseira populations along the Italian infralittoral fringe and relationships with environmental and anthropogenic variables - data and scripts

This data repository comprises the data and computer codes needed to replicate the analyses carried out in the paper “Status of vulnerable Cystoseira populations along the Italian infralittoral fringe and relationships with environmental and anthropogenic variables.” Files organization: This repository holds a pdf document called “Status_Cyst_Repoducible_Research” and four compressed (zipped) directories: Data, Analyses, Tables, and Figures.

The pdf document contains a description of the computer codes used to carry out the analyses in the paper. Data includes other two subdirectories: SourceData and OutputData. SourceData contains raw data, while OutputData is a repository for all the output files created during the analyses.
