A list of specimens and observations recorded during Field Mycology course on 20-27 September 2025 organized by 4EU+ Alliance in Białowieża (Poland).
Description
Participants took trips to various forest sites in the Białowieża Forest, collected various fungi and fungi-like organisms, and identified them during laboratory classes. Some specimens were dried, preserved, and deposited in the Herbarium of Warsaw University (WA), Warsaw, Poland.
Others were only recorded as observations in the field. The list includes non-lichenized fungi, with a few phytopathogenic ones, as well as ascomycetes, basidiomycetes, zygomycetes, and slime moulds. For selected specimens ITS barcode was sequenced.
