LSECs exhibit diverse transcriptional landscapes under stretch-shear, stretch, and shear loading modalities in a liver regeneration chip.
Description
LSECs were subjected to coupled and decoupled mechanical loadings for 1.5 hours within a liver regeneration chip. RNA was extracted from LSECs immediately after loading for sequencing.
RNA libraries were prepared by BGI using standard polyA enrichment and a strand-specific protocol. Raw sequencing data were processed by BGI using the RNAref pipeline. Clean reads were aligned to the mouse reference genome GRCm39 (GCF_000001635.27).

Gene expression quantification was performed, and raw read counts as well as TPM (transcripts per million) values were generated for each sample. This dataset includes: (1) raw RNA-seq FASTQ files for 13 samples, and (2) a processed gene expression matrix containing raw counts and TPM values.
