The agency designed the CCS to track all incoming correspondence that required a reply.

Description

The CCS allowed the correspondence analyst to assign the piece to a given section of the agency to develop the reply and to set deadlines for the completion of the reply. This series contains information about incoming correspondence (e.g., date received, type, origin, topic) and the section assigned responsibility to reply to the correspondence, deadline dates, and date reply mailed.
