Description
Locus tags are indicated for each gene in both the C. trachomatis D/UW3 and LGV/434 genome notation system. Coordinates for each gene are based on the sequence that can be found through NCBI accession # SAMN28177743.
Genes that had no GWAS-predicted snps are not included in the table.
