Service Indicators New 2008-2011 FCC

The Service Indicators report can be downloaded from www.lgma.ie in Publication Section Service Indicator datasets for the years 2004 to 2007 include a field called New_ID In 2008 the reference ID was changed for many Service Indicators. The New_ID field is provided to enable linking of indicators from years prior to 2008 to those from 2008 onwards.

However, it is important to note that the measurement criteria for many indicators also changed, so it is not necessarily appropriate to make direct comparisons between indicators. In the 2008 report the section relating to each specific indicator outlines whether the indicator has changed. The Service Indicator reports each contain two summary tables entitled Planning Applications by Category and Local Authority Revenue – Summary of Collection.
