Exploitation and Exploration: Achieving Learning Benefits through Internal Network and External Network

This study collects 98 survey responses from a group of Taiwanese firms to test the main proposition that both internal network and external network will influence firms’ knowledge management.

Description

The results show that while knowledge transfer, buyer relations, and transnational strategy are all positively related to the learning benefit of exploitation. On the other hand, only buyer relations and transnational strategy are positively related to exploration.
