Considering the existence of time-lag effects between technology finance input and output, where certain inputs or outputs used in the current period may affect the levels of future inputs or outputs, to ensure the accuracy and validity of the calculation results, the technology finance output is lagged by 1 year with respect to the input, i.e., the input in period t-1 corresponds to the output in period t.
