Processed Data Supporting “First Lidar Observations of Thermosphere–Ionosphere Calcium (TICa) Atoms Over Mohe (53.5°N, 122.3°E)”

This dataset contains the processed data supporting the manuscript “First Lidar Observations of Thermosphere–Ionosphere Calcium (TICa) Atoms Over Mohe (53.5°N, 122.3°E).” The observations were obtained with the multi-metal resonance fluorescence lidar systems of the Chinese Meridian Project at Mohe, China. The dataset includes processed photon-count and number-density data for neutral Ca, Ca⁺, Fe, and Na, together with the geomagnetic and ionosonde parameters used in the analyses.

It contains the data used to generate the main and supporting figures, including altitude–time density distributions, accumulated density profiles, detection thresholds, representative heights, density-weighted centroids, column abundances, geomagnetic indices, and ionosonde parameters. The long-term TICa survey covers July 2023 to December 2025, with detailed data provided for the representative events analyzed in the manuscript.
