The alteration of BA metabolism during development and inflammatory challenge
Listed in NCBI GEO
To characterize alterations in bile acid metabolism under inflammatory conditions, RNA sequencing was conducted on proximal and distal colonic tissues from WT mice following 3 days of treatment with water or 3% DSS (n = 5 per group).
Description
To profile changes in bile acid metabolism during development, RNA sequencing was performed on proximal colonic tissues collected from WT mice at postnatal day 1, day 7 and day 21 under physiological conditions (n = 3 per group).
