USP9X deubiquitinase regulates pluripotency status by bridging ESRRB transcriptional activity and cell metabolism

Listed in NCBI GEO

USP9X regulates the differentiation and pluripotency status of embryonic stem cells.

Description

We have characterized USP9X-regulated genes by a transcriptional profiling of embryonic stem cells (V6.5) electroporated with shRNA vectors (pHYPER) targeting USP9X or control. The dataset contains expression data from 3 samples of ESC V6.5 electroporated with pHYPER-USP9X and 3 samples from ESC V6.5 electroporated with pHYPER empty.

The datasets are used to identify differentially expressed genes.
