All phases of the review, including the formulation of the research question, search strategy, eligibility screening, data extraction, and synthesis, were aligned with the PRISMA framework and checklist.

The primary objective of this review was to identify, evaluate, and synthesize current evidence on hematologic toxicity associated with platinum-based chemoradiotherapy in patients with cervical cancer, with a particular focus on dosimetric and clinical predictors. Both clinical outcomes and radiotherapy planning parameters (e.g., bone marrow dose-volume metrics) were considered in relation to the incidence and severity of hematological adverse events.
