Bulk RNA-seq expression profiles of DN T cell subpopulations

We performed bulk RNA sequencing on sorted ETP, DN2a-1, DN2a-2 and DN2b cells, defined by CD90 and c-Kit expression, to obtain more in-depth transcriptional information.

Description

At the transcriptional level, DN2a-1 thymocytes aligned more closely with ETPs, whereas DN2a-2 thymocytes were more similar to DN2b thymocytes.
