RNA m⁵C–dependent chromatin remodeling enhances radiotherapy response and metastasis control via myeloid reprogramming

Listed in NCBI GEO

In this study, we found that Myeloid-specific Tet2 deletion (Tet2 cKO) redirect the trajectory of monocyte differentiation into immunostimulatory antigen presenting myeloid-derived activating cells (MDACs), thereby enhanced control of local tumor and metastasis by ionizing radiation.

Description

Using single-cell RNAseq (sc-RNAseq), we characterized the effects of TET2 on immune cells in the tumor microenvironment of B6 mice.
