Expression profiling of murine hepatic CD4+ T cells using NanoString nCounter assay

This gene expression profiling aimed to characterize hepatic CD4 T cells isolated from mice fed either a chow (control) diet or an FFC diet that induces steatohepatitis.
Description
Mouse CD4 T cells were purified from liver tissue and immediately processed for RNA extraction.
