Profiles of Peripheral Blood MicroRNAs in Patients with Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC) and Healthy Controls

Listed in NCBI GEO

Primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) is a major cause of cirrhosis, yet its pathogenesis remains unclear.

Description

This study performed RNA sequencing on peripheral blood from PBC patients and liver tissues from PBC model mice (dnTGF-βRII) to identify specific gene expression profiles, exploring the relationship between miR-431-5p and clinical indicators, as well as its diagnostic value, to offer new insights into PBC pathogenesis and treatment.
