Evaluation of KDAC6 (HDAC6) inhibitor selectivity in HT1080 cells

To investigate the specificity and biological impacts of KDAC-selective inhibitors, we treated wild-type HT1080 cells with KDAC6 selective inhibitors SW-113 and SE-138.
Description
Expression profiling analysis was then performed on the treated cells vs. untreated wild-type HT1080 cells. Comparable wild-type data is available in GSE302260.
