Role of RXRg in NSC-derived OPCs and their differentiation

RXRg is positive regulator of oligodendrocyte progenitor (OPC) differentiation.
Description
To address molecular underpinnings of this regulation we performed analyses of the effects of RXRg deletion (RXRgKO) as a function of 24hrs T3 treatment (differentiation inducing factor) in neural stem cells derived OPCs.
