Disregulated gene expression in HeLa cells after circCEP72 knockdown.

Recent studies have indicated that circular RNAs (circRNAs) play a critical regulatory role in cancer.
Description
However, the functions and underlying mechanisms of circRNAs in tumor progression remain mostly unknown. Here, we report that circCEP72 was downregulated in HCC.
This study is designed to determine downstream genes regulated by circCEP72 expression.
