Presence-Absence grids for > 6000 invertebrate species in Europe

Invertebrate occurrence data at 1 km resolution over Europe for 6,844 species belonging to 13 different taxonomic groups (bees, hoverflies, earthworms, springtails, butterflies and moths, dragonflies and damselflies, crickets and grasshoppers, terrestrial gastropods, spiders, parasitoid wasps, ground beetles and ants). The dataset is provided with the necessary environmental variables and code to calibrate Species Distribution Models and estimate variable importance through SHAP.

We also include an ODMAP for additional detail on the parametrization and evaluation of the models.
